This 2 Days Amboseli Safari makes you explore the Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture
Depart at 0700hrs (from Nairobi) for Amboseli National Park. (Truly a photographer’s paradise with the magnificent backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of Elephants) Enjoy a leisurely drive arriving at the KIBO SAFARI CAMP in time for lunch and spend the early afternoon at leisure. Enjoy a game drive at 1600hrs in search of wildlife. Dinner and Overnight at KIBO SAFARI CAMP (L/D/B).
Breakfast at 0630hrs then proceed for morning game drive. Drive back to Nairobi with packed lunch arriving in the evening. You will then be dropped back to your hotel/airport.
