Overview

Safari Highlights:

• Start/End: Arusha
• Tarangire –1 Night: Maramboi Tented Camp
• Ngorongoro – 2 Nights: Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge
• Serengeti (Central) – 2 Nights: Kati Kati Camp

Activities: Game viewing, photography, nature walks sightseeing, birding, wildebeest migration and cultural visits.

Day 1

Arusha – Transfer to Tarangire (Approx. 2.5 hours)

Pick up from your Arusha hotel at 7a.m. and depart for Tarangire. You will arrive mid-morning where you will have an introductory game drive before you check in at the camp for lunch. Have lunch, relax and later enjoy another game drive at 4o’clock.

Overnight: Maramboi

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2

Tarangire – Transfer to Ngorongoro (Approx. 2 hours)

Have breakfast and immediately depart for Ngorongoro to arrive before lunch. Have a game drive as you head to the lodge for lunch. After lunch relax by the pool area and later have another game drive at 4o’clock.

Overnight: Wildlife lodge

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 3

Ngorongoro – Trek and game drive

At 7a.m check out of the lodge with packed picnic lunch and depart for a tour to the rim of the crater. Later ascend for a game drive to look for numerous plains game and the big five. Spend the day within the crater and have lunch at one of the famous picnic spots in the park. In the evening you will return to the lodge.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4

Ngorongoro – Transfer to Serengeti (Approx. 3-4 hours)

Have breakfast then depart for Serengeti to arrive before lunch time. Once you arrive have an introductory game drive en route to the camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.

Overnight: Kati Kati

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5

Serengeti – Full day game drive

Have breakfast then depart for a full-day game drive carrying packed lunch with you. Enjoy searching for wildlife in this vast savannah land. Picnic lunch will be served at lunch time.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 6

Serengeti – Transfer to Arusha, by flight; Approx. 1 hour

Have another morning game drive after breakfast as you head to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. Upon landing, our driver will pick you and be dropped at your hotel.
